A Paleta is traditionally a Latin American Ice Pop.

Made mainly from fresh fruit and typically a water based or cream based fruit bar. We like to play off of Latin American flavors and ingredients and give them a modern twist to please todays cultured palate. We use local herbs and fruits and organic when possible to create fun and healthy frozen treats.
